a helping hand

I love it when I have an extra set of hands in the kitchen...especially at dinner time!  Aidan has expressed quite the interest in cooking as of late, and I am finally comfortable having him work on a few hot dishes! 

Tonight's dish...a brown rice risotto, with toasted pita chips and some yummy hummus.  I love having a little sous chef! 
Now if only there was someone to fill the roll of cleaning up.
