Just popping in for a quick hello, and to say that I hope your Christmas holiday was (and still is) full of fun and all things festive. We have been taking it easy (sort of) out this way with lots of playing, lots of sledding, lots of skating, and lots of munching and merriment! Even though Christmas has come and gone once again, spirits are still high as we unwind and try to fit in a little bit more r & r before heading back to school and crazy schedules next week. The last few days have been full of excitement (and crabbiness!) so instead of boring you with all of the crazy details, I thought a bit of a photo collage of sorts would tell the story just fine - and much, much faster!
Needless to say, Christmas was a lot of fun. There were so many magical moments both big and small that I hope to remember for the years to come.
We are slowly starting to get things cleaned up and re-organized from all of the festivities, along the way dealing with the big "post Christmas let down" that has resulted in a few tired and well, to be honest, cranky kids! Hopefully this final week of the holiday break will find things getting slowly back to normal, and let us ease back into the daily craziness of life.
Until then however, we will cherish our next few days at a slower pace and spend those extra long mornings lounging around in our warm and comfy pj's!
